Whilse we encourage safe practices (including verificaiton, reporting tools and template agreements), Hatch is not liable for disputes, losses, damages or issues arising between users, landlords, tenants or flatmates. All users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before entering into any agreement.

All agreements, rental terms, and communications are solely between the parties involved. HATCH is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages.
